However, a maintenance contract extends the scope to cover areas such as recommendations and executions. Under the Garden Maintenance Contract, Pragalbh Nursery Garden & Farm Developers offers the following services:
The caretaker will be briefed about the processes that have to be carried out between every visit.
Parts of the briefing which require practical application will be demonstrated to the caretaker till such time that the person is capable of managing independently.
The representative will periodically inspect the site and assess the soil, water climatic conditions and topography of the plot to identify any changes that may affect the health and growth of the plants.
The briefings, training and assessments will be recapped on every successive visit to ensure that suitable action has been taken in all possible perspectives.
Plants which are damaged and within the limits of being recovered, so as to achieve its original growth line and expected growth results, will be restored. Similarly, plants will be periodically treated with organic disinfectants to prevent them from being infested with insects/ pests, etc.
Natural manure and other nutritional elements will be supplemented. In case of special supplements to specific species of plants, the same will be prescribed. The caretaker will be instructed regarding the frequency of the supplements prescribed.
This refers to plants that require to be shifted to new areas within the plot, either because of topographical requirements or for the purpose of creating or utilization of space.
This includes trimming of plants and lawns to beautify the garden.
